製作班戟材料: 班戟粉1袋 (120g)+ 蛋1隻+牛奶

班戟做法:
1. 將袋子上方封口打開
2. 班戟粉袋輕輕敲擊桌面10下,打鬆班戟粉
3. 加入牛奶 (倒至袋子後方的虛線)
4. 把一隻蛋加入袋中
5. 由下往上將空氣往封口排出,之後將封口條壓實
6. 開始搓揉約一分半鐘
7. 開中火預熱
8. 剪開側邊的倒出口
9. 轉小火倒入1/2量的粉糊
10. 約煎3分鐘後,表面起泡泡就可以翻面在煎2分鐘
11. 起鍋後,可加入蜂蜜、牛油或者自己喜歡的果醬及配料
